IAPS Security CEO Jared Twyler has just announced that the company will be moving house. IAPS Security, a top VPN provider, will no longer be registered in the United States. The company is also going to be incorporated and opened for investment.

IAPS Security is going to be registered outside of the United States, according to Jared Twyler, the company’s CEO. He did not disclose where this would be, but that he has chosen its new home. When this re-registration happens, the company will no longer be closed to investors. It is going to invite partnerships, be open for investment, and also have share holders.

CEO Jared Twyler also announced that he will be looking to put together a board of directors. The IAPS Security staff is also going to expand after the incorporation is complete. IAPS Security aims to operate around the clock to provide better service. This expansion will be overseen by the new corporate board.
