New ExpressVPN Payment Options
ExpressVPN users have asked the team to add different payment methods. The team has worked on setting all this up, and finalized the Paymentwall integration just two days ago. Finally, ExpressVPN subscribers can pick from 14 new payment options. Both new and existing subscribers to the ExpressVPN privacy service can use one of any of the following services:

Bitcoin Pioneer Pleads Guilty in Silk Road Scandal
Bitcoin is the most recent addition to the list of accepted ExpressVPN payment methods. Bitcoin is known as the cryptocurrency payment service that respects user privacy. ExpressVPN added Bitcoin as a payment provider because of this. But as a private payment option, Bitcoin has attracted some unsavory characters.
Just recently, a Bitcoin trading scandal was uncovered. Bitcoin pioneer Charlie Shrem admitted that he was complicit in the scandal. Shrem is the man behind BitInstant, a Bitcoin trading site. He is also one of the first board members of the Bitcoin Foundation. He was accused of being part of an illegal money transfer agreement. He has plead guilty along with Robert Faiella, a Bitcoin trader, and has lost his position as vice chairman of the foundation board. He helped people launder money through the Silk Road marketplace, which is now inoperative, so that they could acquire illegal goods.
